Your orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Shipping is available within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada.

For international shipping to Mexico and Canada shipping is $15.95

If you have submitted an incorrect shipping address it is your responsibility to contact our customer service to make the change. We want to get your order to you as soon as possible, because of this it is crucial that you double-check addresses to prevent errors and delivery delays. We are not held responsible for any failure to ship, or delay in shipping during circumstances that are caused by an incorrect address.

If you received the wrong product/ products or for some reason they are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Make sure to get an approval before returning the product/ products, we reserve the right to deny returns that haven’t been approved.

We only accept claims that are referring to manufacturing defects or faults that the product/ products had before you received/ used it. It is important that you contact our customer service immediately, 2 months is considered a reasonable time for notification.

1.1 Claims

As soon as you notify us about your claim, we will create a ticket that will be attached to your original order number. We then ask that you return the product/ products with a brief note on what you consider is wrong with it. Our production team will then evaluate the claim and get back to you.

1.2 Approved claim

If your claim is approved, we reserve the right to make an attempt to repair it, if that can’t be done we will replace it with an equal product. If the product has been discontinued, we will make a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs.

1.3 Denied claim

If our production team denies your claim the product/ products will be sent back to you in its original state.

Please note that this is ImseVimse Inc. claim policy. If your order was placed with a store or a website other than, we ask that you contact the place of purchase.

It’s ok to change your mind. We want you to love your new products as much as we do and if you for some reason aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to return your items. ImseVimse Inc. will exchange or return your items provided it has not been used or damaged. Please make sure to  email us before you send your return, note that all labels and tags are attached before you make your return, and that you have included the Return Form provided at delivery. 

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Order Cancellation – Due to high volume of orders, once you have placed an order it will directly be processed in our system and can’t be cancelled. However it is ok to change your mind once you have received your order. Just return the unused item within 30 days.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from our warehouse that includes your tracking number. If you haven’t received an email within 2 days from the day your placed your order, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected]
